Artikel wurde fristgerecht widerrufen und zurückgeschickt. Trotz Eingangsbestätigung am 26.1.24 der retournierten Ware bis heute 24.2.24 keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Kontaktaufnahme per e-mail mit entsprechender Rückzahlungsaufforderung bleib bis heute unbeantwortet. VORSICHT
Problembehaftete Ware geliefert, dann nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Paypal-Fall musste geöffnet werden

thank you for the review.
Please note that we state on our website that returns can take up to 14 days (including the refund). We were experiencing an overwhelming amount of return packages and did our best to get through every single one as soon as we possibly could. This causes unfortunate delays - especially for our german customers, since we have to wait an extra bit of time for the packages from our couriers (explained via email last month).
Also, for our customers from Germany (we are located in Czech Republic) we have a special address/Mailbox that is used for our customers - so they do not have to pay for expensive postage/shipping. Once it arrives to the Mailbox, our couriers have to deliver the boxes to Czech Republic - where our colleagues have to scan, check, process, refund and inform the customer. After all of that, the request is finished.
We have been communicating with you thoroughly and in detail to keep you posted, updated and informed. We apologize if we did not do enough, we will try our best to be better for next time.
To provide fair service for you, we have also refunded you for the shipping costs. Hopefully that amount was received safely.
