I've got a piece looks like came from store (with minor scratches, untied shoelace and without factory stiffeners).<- It's a possible field for improvement.

One shoe is deformed, it has wrinkles on it, which is not possible to fix because it is leather. Looks visible and bad when worn. I was really excited about the shoes, so it is a shame. I live in Sweden, so I wouldn't be able to exchange it for a new pair. Other than that, the delivery was fast, and the box was not damaged. It was probably how they stored the shoes initially that caused the deformation.
