Ich bin mit den Produkten sehr zufrieden. Der Curl Conditioner ist perfekt für meine feinen Locken (2c-3a) und beschwert sie nicht. Der Kissenbezug ist super sanft.

Ich habe das Hairlust Grow Shampoo und Conditioner. Ich werde es nicht wiederbestellen, da es den Ansatz schnell fettig und klebrig macht. (Ich habe kein fettiges Haar, wasche normalerweise alle 3 Tage, mit hairlust alle 2 Tage.

Nicht auswaschbares Silikon im Haaröl
Enttäuschend ist das beim Split Bundle angegeben wird das alles aus natürlichen Ölen und Inhaltsstoffen besteht. Bei jedem Produkt wird betont das es Silikon frei ist. Leider ist das beim Split Haaröl nicht der Fall. Haupinhaltsstoff ist Silikonöl in Form von nicht auswaschbarem Dimethicon und Dimethiconol. Erwähnt wird dieser für das Haar schädliche Inhaltsstoff natürlich nicht.
Sehr schade und ernüchternd.

We do write that the Split fix oil contains Dimethiconol silicone, in the ingredients list on the website of the product.

Leider keine Verbesserung
Bestellung und Versand haben prima geklappt. Verpackung und Gebinde haben eine gute Qualität. Ich benutze mein Produkt jetzt seit etwas über 4 Monaten und kann keinerlei Verbesserung feststellen, weder in der Griffigkeit meiner Haare, noch was Wachstum und Haarverlust angeht.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product has not met your expectations.
We must say that although the majority of our customers report positive effects after the first 3 months, it is still only a rule of thumb. We work with natural ingredients, and therefore the result and effect will always be individual and depend on many different parameters.
While some customers report quick results, others will find that it can take a little longer.
We really believe in the product and that it can work for most people. It shows more than 90% of the feedback we get. But the results are individual and so is the speed of how fast it goes.
We would recommend you to continue for a little longer so that your body can get used to the good ingredients.
