After 3 hours of work to install the system, we got a very annoying result. The water leaks from the main unit ( Banbu Part ). On your website you declared that all system are tested before transportation. Is our system really tested ? Please just send the new main unit immediately to make the system work. Of course we will send the defect unit. While all the connection has been done properly the new unit hopefully will solve the problem. And please test the unit properly before transportation. There is also a video which shows water is coming from the unit. But I could not send it via this page. If you give any email address. I can send it to you. Regards
