I othered a professional desk and a desktop for it with FENIX NTM surface. The desk itself was delivered within 2-3 days, but with the desktop I had most issues … First, it was hold at an interim warehouse for a week and it was suspicious. I called to the Customer Service team and they advised just to wait and hang up. I found some contacts and called the transportation company, and they told me that my desktop was damaged during transportation and they hold it under inspection there. I called Customer Service of Boho and told them that I would not receive this desktop, as it’s damaged. Transportation company called me and explained that they inspected this delivery and did some checks (obviously opened it at the warehouse), which was not expected, and anyhow told me that they would deliver this next day. There was no one for the following week and then, when I was not at home, they left this package at my neighbours.
I clearly see some scratches on the desktop and as I stated want to send it back and get either a new desktop without any damage, or just a refund.
This was a total disaster for me and I spent last three weeks just thinking why I have to spend my nerves on this any further…
